The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by: (1) investing in a portfolio ofU. S. equity securities designed to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the NASDAQ-100 Index® orU. S.-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that seek to track the performance of the index, or both, and (2) utilizing an options-based income strategy implemented through equity-linked notes (ELNs) with exposure to either the index or ETFs tracking the index.
The fund is non-diversified.
