The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing directly or through other ETFs (each, an "Underlying ETF") in publicly-traded stocks ofU. S. companies.
The fund will predominantly invest in securities of large capitalization companies (i.e., generally those that have a market capitalization of 8 billion or greater), but may also include securities of mid- or small-capitalization companies.
