Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in small- and mid-capitalization companies.
The equity securities held by the fund must be listed on aU. S. exchange and may include common stocks ofU. S. companies, American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), and real estate investment trusts ("REITs").
