The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to achieve its investment objective pursuant to an equity long / short strategy whereby the fund takes both long and short positions in mid- and large capU. S. exchange-traded equity securities while also employing an options strategy to generate high monthly income.
Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equities.
The fund is non-diversified.
