Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in companies actively involved in providing cyber security technology and services, in accordance with the ISE Cyber Security® Industry classification.
The index will consist of a selection of constituents in the Nasdaq ISE Cyber Security Index (the "Parent Index").
The fund is non-diversified.
