The fund is an actively-managed ETF, and pursues its investment objective by using a quality growth investing style.
It invests in a focused portfolio of the common stocks of high-qualityU. S. companies and the common stocks and depositary receipts of high-quality companies that are organized under the laws of other countries around the world.
The fund will invest, under normal circumstances, in at least three different countries, and will invest at least 40% of its assets outside of theU. S., or, if the conditions are not favorable, will invest at least 30% of its assets outside theU. S.
