The fund invests in the form of senior secured loans, mezzanine loans and equity securities including first lien, unitranche, and second lien debt instruments.
It prefers private equity style investing to credit and non-control equity opportunities.
It prefers to make equity investments are primarily in niche specialty or commercial finance companies.
It does not invest in start-up companies or companies having speculative business plans.
The fund prefers debt investments between 5 million and 20 million in companies with EBITDA between 20 million and 100 million plus and having revenues between 75 million to 1 billion.
It takes majority stake in companies.
