In investing in Underlying Equity ETFs, the fund seeks investment exposure to one or more of the following equity sub-strategies: (1)U. S.
Large Capitalization, (2)U. S.
Small Capitalization, (3) Emerging Markets, or (4) Non-U.S.
Developed Markets securities.
