The index is designed to provide exposure to real estate sectors and companies that are expected to benefit from large trends affecting property sectors of the global economy over a secular, multi-year time horizon.
The fund generally will invest in all of the securities that comprise its index in proportion to their weightings in the index.
The fund invests at least 80% of the value of its assets in securities of real estate issuers.
