The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying intellidex.
The underlying intellidex was composed of common stocks ofU. S. retailers.
These companies are engaged principally in operating general merchandise stores such as department stores, discount stores, warehouse clubs and superstores; specialty stores, including apparel, electronics, accessories and footwear stores; and home improvement and home furnishings stores.
It is non-diversified.
