The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index, as well as ADRs and GDRs that represent securities in the underlying index.
The underlying index is designed to track the performance of approximately 1,500 common stocks of small- and mid-capitalization developed market companies, excludingU. S. companies, from the constituents of the RAFI GEIU, which is the starting point for all index strategies available through the index provider.
