The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index.
The underlying index, using a rules-based methodology, is designed to measure the performance of approximately 120 securities selected from the S&P 500 based on each security&!39;s calculated reward to risk score.
The fund is non-diversified.
