The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that invests under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small-capitalizationU. S. companies.
The fund's sub-adviser defines a small-capitalization companies as those that, at the time of investment, fall within the lowest 15% of the totalU. S. equity market capitalization, as calculated annually.
The fund"s equity securities primarily include common stocks, real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), and ADRs representing the stock of a foreign company.
