The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that invests in a portfolio of the stocks included in the Dow Jones Industrial Average® and an options collar on the Dow Jones.
The Dow Jones is a price-weighted index comprised of the stocks of 30U. S. blue-chip companies.
Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s net assets will be invested in securities, or derivative instruments linked to securities, of companies that are included in the fund"s reference index.
The fund is non-diversified.
