The fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity and equity-related securities of emerging market issuers.

Equity and equity-related securities include exchange-traded and over-the-counter common and preferred stocks, warrants, options, rights, convertible securities, sponsored and unsponsored depositary receipts, trust certificates, partnership interests and shares of other investment companies (including other exchange-traded funds ("ETFs")).

The fund is non-diversified.
