The index measures the performance of companies within the S&P MidCap 400 Index® that have had positive free cash flow for at least seven consecutive years and simultaneously have high FCF margin and high FCF return on invested capital relative to the other companies in the S&P MidCap 400.
Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s net assets will be invested in mid-capitalization equity securities that are the component securities of the index.
The fund is non-diversified.
