The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Solactive Latin America Real Estate Index.
The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and in American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts representing the component securities in the index.
The index tracks the performance of companies actively involved in the Latin American real estate sector that derive the majority of their revenues from the operation of real estate and real estate services in the Latin America region.
The fund is non-diversified.
