Hedged Dividend Index.
Normally, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities.
The index is a dividend weighted index designed to provide exposure to the largest dividend paying common stocks outside of the United States, while at the same time neutralizing exposure to fluctuations between the value of foreign currencies and theU. S. dollar.
The fund is non-diversified.
