The index is a rules-based index that seeks to identify a global portfolio of companies within the GBS Universe that generate revenue from products and services that enable CO2e Avoidance.
The fund will invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the component securities that make up the index.
It will be invested, to the extent the index is so invested, in at least four different countries (including theU. S.) and will invest at least 40% of its total assets at the time of purchase in non-U.S. companies.
It is non-diversified.
